Mad Caterpillar

I've been getting things done, really I have. Here's one of those things:

Pattern: A combination of the chart from the lovely Bird in Hand mittens by Kate Gilbert, and Hello Yarn's Generic Norwegian Hat pattern.
Yarn: Cascade 220 in charcoal, ivory, and red

It's a very comfortable hat and I'm tickled pink with it.

I've also been playing around with a vector drawing program that I'm trying to learn in more detail. Here's a not-so-good attempt at playing around with my initials:

I'm toying with the idea of posting a daily drawing but we'll see how far that idea gets...
